Syria: Authorities free 250 people detained during unrest

Damascus, 16 May (AKI) - The Syrian government has announced it is releasing 250 people detained during the ongoing unrest in the country, state television reported Wednesday.
The detainees who are being released "do not have blood on their hands," according to the TV report.
