Italian ex-premier Silvio Berlusconi's 32-year-old daughter Barbara Berlusconi on Monday gave birth to her third child, a baby boy named Leone.
"Congratulations to mummy Barbara and daddy Lorenzo," said a message from AC Milan football club, of which Barbara is vice-president and managing director.
Barbara has been in a relationship since 2013 with Leone's father Lorenzo Guerrieri, and she has two sons, Alessandro, 8, and Eduardo, 6 with her former partner, the Italian banker Giorgio Valaguzza.
In an interview in September to mark his 80th birthday in September, Berlusconi said he wanted to spend more time with his family.
"Five children and ten grandchildren have turned me into a patriarch," he told Italian weekly gossip magazine Chi.
The birth of Leone and of his cousin Sofia in September brings the number of Berlusconi's grandchildren to 12.
Sofia is the second child of Barbara's younger sister Eleonora and her partner, British model Guy Binns.
