Talent Management Leader opens offices in Netherlands and Quebec City to support increased demand and product innovation
Halogen Software (TSX: HGN) has opened a new field office in the Netherlands, expanding its global field operations to address increased demand for its talent management solutions in Western Europe. The company has also opened a product development office in Quebec City, Canada. This team is responsible for supporting the rapid delivery of new feature enhancements in the company's award-winning Halogen TalentSpace™ suite.
Western Europe a strong foothold for international growth
Employee engagement and retention risks are driving a demand for improved talent management practices and solutions in Western Europe. In fact, Europe's employee engagement rate is the lowest of all continents surveyed in AON Hewitt's 2014 Trends in Global Employee Engagement report.
