Charles' career spans several decades and continents, with his most recent post being Corporate Affairs, Business Development and Legal Director for E-Lites, one of UK's first vaping brands, which was at the forefront of the UK vaping industry's explosive early growth 2012-2014. Previously, he held senior management positions with some of the UK's largest public companies (Imperial Tobacco, Beazer Homes, and Hanson), working across different functional areas – legal, company secretarial, business development, and corporate affairs – and in different markets around the world.
