Italy's ambassador Giuseppe Buccino Grimaldi held talks in Tripoli with top officials from Libya's internationally recognised government aimed at kick-starting bilateral cooperation in the agriculture, fishing and aquaculture sector, the Libyan Observer reported Monday on its website.
At the meeting, Buccino and Libya's Presidential Council member Ahmed Kajman and agriculture minister Abdul-Basit Ghanimi agreed to start cooperation in the agroindustry sector and to promote the marketing of Libyan fish products in Italy, according to the report.
