Foreign affairs committee chair Marta Grande will on Thursday open the 'Prospects for the Balkans' conference' taking place at Italy's lower house of parliament, the parliament said in a statement .
The conference is being organised by the Nato Defence College in Rome, whose president, Alessandro Minuto Rizzo, and its Commandant, Chris Whitecross, are among speakers at the conference, the statement said.
The conference will be streamed live on the parliament's website, according to the statement.
