Italy's premier Giuseppe Conte will next week chair a meeting in Rome of the 18-member Central European Initiative regional cooperation forum, Conte's office said in a statement.
The CEI meeting will be held on 19 December at the prime minister's office. Conte will address the meeting, which will also be attended by Italy's deputy foreign minister Marina Sereni, the statement said.
CEI promotes cooperation between its members in the areas of good governance, economic growth, media freedom, environmental protection, intercultural cooperation and scientific cooperation, education and training.
