Italy's energy group Eni has donated four ventilators to Tunisia to help patients in its hospital intensive care units fight the COVID-19 virus, state-run news agency TAP reported on Tuesday.
Two ventilators are for the Charles Nicolle and Rabta hospitals in Tunis, one is for the local hospital in Tataouine and the fourth is for the Mohamed Taher Maamouri hospital in Nabeul, according to the statement cited by TAP.
The ventilators are being distributed via Eni's Tunisian subsidiary and follow an earlier donation made in March.
