There has been progress on the key issue of foreign fighters in Libya and "hopefully within coming days" they will start to be withdrawn, the country's foreign minister Najla al-Mangoush said after an international meeting in Berlin.
"If all goes well, the withdrawal of mercenaries and foreign forces from Libya could begin, hopefully within the coming days", Mangoush told reporters at press conference.
"This would be an encouraging first step," she said.
