Ireland's ambassador to Italy, Colm O Floinn, will on Wednesday brief members of the lower house of parliament's foreign and European Union affairs commissions on future EU-UK relations after Britain leaves the bloc, the Italian parliament said in a statement.
The informal hearing, being held within the framework of a European Parliament resolution on EU-UK relations post-Brexit, is slated for 2pm, the statement said.
The session will be aired live on the parliament's web TV channel, the statement added.
