Members of the Italian lower house of parliament's foreign and European Union affairs committees will on Wednesday question Romania's ambassador Gabriel Bologan on the priorities for Romania's EU presidency, the lower house of parliament said in a statement.
Bologan's hearing at 3pm on Wednesday will be streamed live on the Italian parliament's web TV channel, the statement said.
Convergence, a safer Europe, Europe as a strong global actor and a Europe of shared values are listed as the four main priorities for Romania's first presidency of the EU, which runs from January to June.
