Perella Weinberg Partners today announced that Jorma Ollila, former Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Nokia and current Chairman of the Board of Directors of Royal Dutch Shell plc and Outokumpu Oyj, has been named an Advisory Partner of the Firm. In this role, Mr. Ollila will provide senior counsel to the Firm and its clients, particularly in Europe, utilizing his vast business experience.

Biographical Information
Mr. Ollila is the former Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Nokia.
Mr. Ollila began his career at Citibank in 1978, holding various managerial positions within corporate banking in London and Helsinki. He joined Nokia in 1985 as Vice President of International Operations. After serving as Senior Vice President, Finance since 1986, he became President of Nokia Mobile Phones in 1990. From 1992 to 1999, he served as President and Chief Executive Officer of Nokia, later becoming Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Nokia, positions he held from 1999 to 2006. Mr. Ollila continued as Chairman until 2012.
Mr. Ollila is Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Royal Dutch Shell plc and Outokumpu Oyj, positions he has held since June 2006 and March 2013, respectively. Mr. Ollila is also Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors of Otava Books and Magazines, a member of the board of directors of Tetra Laval Group and the University of Helsinki, and Chairman of the Boards of Directors and the Supervisory Boards of The Research Institute of the Finnish Economy ETLA and Finnish Business and Policy Forum. In addition, Mr. Ollila was Chairman of the European Round Table of Industrialists from 2005 to 2009.
Mr. Ollila earned a Master of Science in Political Science from University of Helsinki, a Master of Science in Economics from London School of Economics and a Master of Science in Engineering Physics from Helsinki University of Technology.
