Ukraine must determine the terms of a peace accord to end the almost 13-week-old conflict with Russia, Italy's premier Mario Draghi said on Monday.
"It must be Ukraine that decides what peace it wants. If Ukraine doesn't agree on terms, there can be no sustainable peace settlement," Draghi added.
Draghi made the remarks at a summit of European Union leaders in Brussels that is set to agree on the principle of an eventual embargo on Russian oil as part of a sixth round of sanctions against Moscow.
