The EU Court of Justice annuls the European Parliament's decisions to revoke the immunity of Catalan pro-independence MEPs Carles Puigdemont, Antoni Comín, and Clara Ponsatí. According to the Luxembourg judges, the appointment of the rapporteur responsible for the immunity revocation requests was "contrary to the requirement of impartiality."
