Ukraine, Russian raids on infrastructure: one million families without water or electricity

More than a million families in the Dnipropetrovsk region, in central Ukraine, were left without water and electricity after Russian night attacks on the country's energy infrastructure. Oleksy Kuleba, Deputy Prime Minister for the Reconstruction of Ukraine, stated this on social media, adding that "repair work is continuing in the Dnipropetrovsk region to restore heating and water supply to over a million users."

Air defense units neutralized 31 Russian drones over the territory of the Dnipropetrovsk region. No casualties were reported
