Italy's premier Giuseppe Conte on Friday held talks with Argentinian's president Alberto Fernandez in Rome at Palazzo Chigi, the prime minister's office said in a statement.
Fernandez also had an audience with Pope Francis on Friday at the Vatican and "cordial" talks with its second-in-command, secretary of state Cardinal Pietro Parolin, said a Vatican statement.
