Police in northern Italy said on Wednesday they arrested a 31-year-old Tunisian accused of stabbing to death a 25-year-old compatriot in Cislago in the Lombardy region last month.
The Tunisian was held at Milan's Malpensa airport late on Tuesday after he came off a flight from Tunisi, police said.
The man was arrested on the orders of a judge in Busto Arzizio in the province of Varese, police added.
The suspect allegedly slit Jalel Chamki's throat on 25 June after a row outside a kebab shop in Cislago.
Chamkri, who died in hospital after the attack, had a 17-year-old girlfriend and a four-month-old baby girl, Italian daily La Repubblica reported on its website.
