Hong Kong police announced that they have so far arrested 13 people as part of the investigation into the fire that last week caused the death of 146 people in a residential complex. "A thorough investigation for manslaughter was immediately launched," which has "led to the arrest of 13 people, 12 men and one woman," said Chan Tung, director of Hong Kong's criminal police.
