Italy has deported two Moroccan jihadist terrorism suspects who supported the Islamic State militant group, interior minister Angelino Alfano said on Wednesday.

One of the suspects had praised the deadly March attacks on Brussels international airport and subway system that killed two people, while the second suspect intended to fight alongside IS, Alfano said.

A Moroccan IS supporter who attacked a minor and said he wanted to behead Italians was deported in April and a radical Moroccan imam was expelled from Italy in March for advocating Jihad and recruiting jihadist fighters.

Italy ordered the deportations of 75 Islamic extremists last year, according to Alfano.
