Italy's foreign ministry on Thursday sent the world's 1.8 billion Muslims wishes for "a blessed and peaceful" Ramadan - the holy fasting month - which this year falls during the deadly Coravirus pandemic.
"We wish a blessed and peaceful Ramadan to all Muslims in Italy and in the world," the ministry tweeted.
