Turkey: Italian chef Claudio Chinali hosts workshop for university students

Chef Claudio Chinali held an Italian Sunday lunch workshop in Istanbul for Dogus University students that also looked at culinary sustainability and 'dialogue' with Turkish cooking, the embassy wrote Thursday on X.

Chinali organised the workshop as part of Italian Cuisine in the World Week. He is EatItaly Istanbul's executive chef and hosts a TV cookery show on the Turkmax Gurme channel.
