The agreement is subject to customary closing conditions and regulatory approval in Germany.

Established in 1996 and headquartered in Erlangen, Germany, Peqlab develops, manufactures and supplies molecular and cell biology reagents, consumables and instruments to support the education, research, healthcare and pharmaceutical industries and will further enhance VWR's product portfolio.
