Foreign minister Luigi Di Maio on Monday led Italy's delegation at the European Union Foreign Affairs Council held in Luxembourg, where Iran, Libya and Iraq will be on the agenda, the foreign ministry said in a statement.
Monday's meeting "will follow up on the (September) discussions at the 74th United Nations General Assembly", the statement said.
"Other points on the agenda will be the situation in Syria, Turkey, Afghanistan and Ukraine," the statement added.
