Chromalloy renews long-term agreement with Solar Turbines to provide component repairs and new production support for turbines in the oil, natural gas and power generation industries

PALM BEACH GARDENS, Florida, Feb. 24, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- Chromalloy announced today that it has renewed a 10-year agreement with Solar Turbines Incorporated to provide component repairs and new production support for the manufacturer's leading power systems. Under the agreement Chromalloy will be the preferred supplier for a number of component repairs including turbine blades, nozzles and cases.

"This agreement brings the 20-year relationship between Chromalloy and Solar to the next level.  We are now partnering with Solar on a broader range of products," said Carlo Luzzatto, President of Chromalloy.  "With our technology capabilities Chromalloy now will support production of Solar's power systems, while we deliver world-class repair services."

Work will be performed at Chromalloy locations around the world.
