Italy's foreign minister Luigi Di Maio will visit Ukraine on Thursday and hold talks there with its president Volodomyr Zelensky, as well as with premier Denys Shmygal, foreign minister Dmytro Kuleba and interior minister Arsen Avakov.
During his trip, Maio and Kuleba will also open an economic partnership event between Italy and Ukraine and will lay a wreath at Kiev's Church of San Michele in memory of the fallen of the conflict in Ukraine's war-torn Donbass region, a foreign ministry statement said.
