MOSCOW, Jan. 24, 2020 /PRNewswire/ -- Following the successful implementation of the Group's strategy, its portfolio boasts assets that, together, yield the Group the highest rental income among all Russian renters. Its main assets include: Evropeisky, the most-visited shopping and entertainment center in Europe; Food City, Russia's largest wholesale food distribution center; and the legendary Radisson Collection Hotel, Moscow (formerly known as "Hotel Ukraina").
Last year, the Group of Companies owned by Nisanov and Iliev opened a modern gastronomic quarter called "Depo" after restoration of the Russian capital's oldest transport depot; the Group also doubled the fleet of its shipping company Radisson Royal Flotilla; and acquired the Pavilion restaurant in the affluent Patriarch Ponds district.
