The Islamic State jihadist group on Wednesday was due to transfer 140 women and children to its self-styled capital of Raqqa in northern Syria from the capital Damascus, a monitor said.
The women and children are said to be family members of IS fighters and have been living in the Yarmouk Palestinian refugee camp, the Syrian Observatory for Human rights said.
The transfers were agreed under "accords with local and international parties," the Observatory said without giving further details.
The London-based watchdog relies for its information on a network of activists inside Syria.
