Italy wants to see a "just peace" that ends Russia' nine-month-old invasion of Ukraine, foreign minister Antonio Tajani stated on Tuesday after "excellent" talks with his Ukrainian counterpart Dmytro Kuleba.
"Excellent talks tody in Bucharest with @DmytroKuleba. The Italian government will keep offering all possible support to Ukraine," Tajani tweeted from a NATO foreign ministers meeting in Romania.
"Italy wants a just peace that respects Ukraine's independence, sovereignty and territorial integrity. There can be no peace without justice," the tweet added.
