The foreign and European Union political affairs committees of Italy's lower house of parliament were set to question Sweden's ambassador Jan Bjorklund Wednesday on the Swedish rotating EU presidency's priorities.
Wednesday's hearing was due to start at 8.30 am and to be live-streamed on the lower house of parliament's website, according to a statement.
Sweden holds the EU's rotating presidency from 1 January to 30 June this year.
